About me

I didn’t start in finance.

I started with curiosity about people, stories, systems, and how things connect. That curiosity led me into writing, design, research, marketing, sales, human resources, and eventually, into finance.

What looked like a scattered path from the outside was actually a build-up of skills: learning how to ask better questions, manage teams, communicate ideas, and make decisions under pressure. Along the way, I figured out how to find insights, shape them into a narrative, and move people with it.

All of that now lives in the work I do in finance.

Because finance isn’t just about numbers, it’s about understanding what drives people and businesses, what risks they’re willing to take, and what story the data is trying to tell. Every skill I’ve picked up over the years shows up here; this is where it all comes together.

    • Researching the BPS funding model: sources, allocation patterns, and long-term plans

    • Evaluating the City of Boston’s broader capital budget to assess BPS’s position within it

    • Benchmarking capital funding strategies from other school districts to identify transferable practices

    • Developing and presenting a funding model proposal aimed at improving BPS's long-term financial planning

  • D’Amore - McKim School of Business Admission Committee:

    • Reviewed and analyzed student applications, providing data-driven recommendations to the admissions board and guiding prospective students through the enrollment process.

    • Conducted campus tours for prospective students, offering insights into university life and academic programs.

    • Represented Northeastern University at university fairs, engaging with prospective students and promoting the institution.

  • Fountainhead - Editorial Association at St Joseph’s College of Commerce:

    • Led three divisions with 40+ writers, generating 800+ articles per academic year, setting a new record for the association.

    • Established an in-house graphic design team responsible for content creation and social media, reducing outsourcing by 90%

  • Research Department at St. Joseph’s College of Commerce:

    • Led a team in editing a 150-topic research compendium, improving editorial workflows and completing the project two weeks ahead of schedule.

  • Student Council at St. Joseph’s College of Commerce:
